ART IN THE GARDEN Application review.
The cost to participate is $450.00+GST. 10'x10' spot or
$850.00 10'x20' double spot for 3 days total.
Payment can be made by MC, Visa, or e-transfer once accepted - instructions will be sent to you by email once accepted payment is due by March 15th 2025.
ALL returning artisans must apply again.

Please specify your 1st 2nd and 3rd choice of where you would like to be located in garden on the online application form. Please do not ask for the same tent spot as last year because this number will most likely have changed. Please see this year's Garden Map above (updated February 11th). Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests if it is available. Please note: The Art in the Garden committee makes the final choice.
All applications will be reviewed. This is not a first come first serve application process. Please note: ALL past Artisans MUST re-apply.
Weather: This event will take place rain or shine!
No power will be available.
No wifi. Please use your cell data/3G/5G for sales.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have filled out the application and clicked the "SUBMIT" button ONLY ONCE, you will receive a message from the webpage that reads: Thank you "YES" We have "received" your Application! This means we have received your application, no need to email and check. Please note: We do not send out a confirmation emails.
This is a juried event/show, once accepted you will be sent a "WELCOME" OR "Please try again next year" (We will place you on the waitlist) emailed to you by March 10th. GOOD LUCK!
Once accepted - Artisan Information email will be sent to you by April 30th with detailed information about set-up, take down, artisan parking, etc.
Cancellation: No refunds if you need to cancel after May 15th 2025.
If you cancel before May 15th then a refund (-$100 admin charge) will be e-transferred back to you. In the event the market has to be cancelled due to the rise in Covid19 or any other reason, a full refund (-$100 admin charge) will be e-transferred back to you within 10 days of cancellation.
All fees are DUE March 15th 2025.
